What to Expect On Your First Visit
It can be a big deal to walk into a new place for the first time. Here is some information that we hope will make your first visit a little more comfortable.
What are the services like?
Our services last approximately 80 minutes. You can expect heartfelt worship through music, a Bible-based message, and depending on the week you could also experience communion, baptism, child dedication, or an update from one of our missionaries.
What is the music like?
Our music typically involves a praise band, and often we’ll add orchestra or other special instruments as well. We combine current expressions of worship with timeless songs from our heritage. Some weeks you’ll be led by a team of a few individual singers, while other weeks feature our full choir. But even though our presentation varies from week to week, we are committed to consistently and sincerely worshipping God with all our heart, mind, and soul.
What is available for my kids?
You and your children are welcome to worship together as a family in one of our worship services, or our Antioch Kids Ministry has caring and trained volunteers who are faithfully committed to teaching and sharing God’s Word with kids from birth through 5th Grade in an age-appropriate way. What should I wear?
Our congregation ranges from casual to coat and tie. Please feel free to dress however you feel most comfortable.
What if I have a question?
Our 1st impression team is equipped to serve you. We have greeters at the doors, ushers in the lobby and in the worship center, plus an information center in the lobby. Anyone with a nametag is ready to assist you.
